INTERNATIONAL CHILD SUPPORT COURT ORDERS: Enforced in the United States

Foreign individuals can apply for child support collection from a parent who resides in the United States through the United States Government. The United States Government has negotiated federal level reciprocity arrangements with several countries on behalf of the United States Jurisdictions called Foreign Reciprocating Countries.

These Foreign Reciprocating Countries include: Australia; Canada; Czech Republic; El Salvador; Finland; Hungary; Ireland; Israel; Netherlands; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Slovak Republic; Switzerland; United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
